Haven of Hope

Gender-based violence and human trafficking are critical issues affecting the Swazi population, particularly women and girls. The Eswatini Partnership is dedicated to helping survivors regain their dignity, safety, and well-being.

Haven of Hope, established in 2021, provides a safe-haven for survivors of abuse, offering comprehensive care—spiritual, emotional, and medical. At full capacity, Haven of Hope provides shelter and support to 24 women and girls.

HIV/AIDS Task Force

Eswatini has the highest rate per capita of HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis in the world. The Eswatini Partnership began in 2000 in response to a call from God to help the people of Eswatini. The HIV/AIDS Task Force is an on-the-ground ministry providing supportive, holistic care to those in need.

Today, the HIV/AIDS Task Force is active in 700+ homes across the country of Eswatini, offering hope and healing to affected individuals and families.

The Bethany After School Program began from a community survey. The Bethany community needed an after school program to provide a safe place for kids to be from 3 to 6pm every school day. Over 200 students in the Bethany Public Schools system from Kindergarten through 8th grade come every Monday through Friday for tutoring, a nutritious snack, games, chapel, and fun–all for a small fee. The continued support of the Swazi 5K helps make this program possible.
