A Full Fitness Facility For Your Needs

The Family Life Center at Bethany First Church offers various indoor activities for individuals and families to build and maintain exercise and engage with community.

  • The exercise studio contains Schwinn bikes and Concept 2 indoor rowing machines and room for group exercise classes.

  • The Family Life Center locker rooms include showers, lockers, restrooms, and changing areas. Locker rooms are available to adults only.

  • The game room is a great place to relax with your family and friends. Gaming equipment is available at the front desk.

  • Fully-equipped gymnasium with two full-sized basketball courts. The Family Life Center gymnasium is often used for many other activities, including pickleball.

  • The indoor track enables walking or jogging in any season. Twelve laps equate to one mile and lap counters are available at the Family Life Center front desk.

  • The fitness rooms contain a full complement of cardio and resistance equipment for ages 14 and up. A Personal Analysis Form is required for every member and an equipment orientation is required for all minors who are ages 14 to 17. If you are new to exercise or just need a little help, our staff can help you develop a safe, effective workout. 

Group Fitness Classes

Fit for Life

Focus: Strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination for everyday life. Includes music, free weights, resistance bands, chairs, and Tai Chi (1x/week).
When: Monday & Wednesday from 11:15am–12pm
Cost: Free

PACE

Focus: A welcoming, go-at-your-own-pace workout for all fitness levels. Improves overall health, fitness, and activity.
When: Monday & Thursday from 5:30pm–6:30pm
Saturday from 9am–10am
Cost: $4/class or 10 classes for $30

Pilates

Focus: Flexibility, lean muscle, strength, and endurance with an emphasis on alignment, breathing, and core strength.
When: Tuesday & Thursday from 12-12:45pm
Cost: $4/class or 10 classes for $30

HIIT The Morning

Focus: Flexibility, lean muscle, strength, and endurance with an emphasis on alignment, breathing, and core strength.
When: Tuesday & Thursday from 8:05-8:35am
Cost: $2/class or 20 classes for $20

Sit and Be Fit

Focus: Gentle, low-impact exercise class designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
When: Tuesday & Thursday from 9am-9:45am
Cost: $4/class or 10 classes for $30

All classes take place in the Exercise Studio. Registration is available at the Family Life Center front desk.
No membership required for registration.

Three Easy Membership Options

Bethany First Church Member

Attenders of Bethany First Church through adult or youth weekly services who are twelve years and older may receive Family Life Center membership for no monthly, bi-annually, or annual fee.


Family Life Center ID cards are required for all members. There is a one-time fee of $5 for FLC IDs.

Community Member

For those living in the community around Oklahoma City, three payment options are available—each includes the cost of an ID card. Membership includes the member holder’s spouse and children.

Enjoy the Family Life Center facilities for $30 a month through bank draft only, $150 for six months or  $300 for twelve months.

Corporate Member

This membership is a benefit provided by The Bethany Children’s Health Center and Bethany Public Schools for their employees, and includes the employee, spouse, and children 21-and-under living at home.

Corporate members are required to show a valid Bethany Children’s Health Center or BPS ID and purchase a Family Life Center ID card. The cost for an ID is $5.
