Group Classes

Each week, we offer several group exercise classes that are designed for people of all ages, stages, and walks of life to do wellness together.

Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, lean muscles, strength and endurance. There is an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Cost: $4 per class or 10 classes for $30

Tuesdays and Thursdays, noon-12:45 pm

Zumba

Zumba is an effective, fun, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, cardiovascular dance and fitness exercise program. Come enjoy wonderful fellowship and get a great cardio workout!

Cost: $4 per class or 10 classes for $30

Tuesdays, 5:45-6:45pm

Fitness Boot Camp

Fitness Boot Camp is for men and women who are up to the challenge of being in the best physical shape of their life. These workouts are designed for weight loss, strength, and endurance.

Cost: $4 per class or 10 classes for $30

Mondays and Thursdays, 6-7pm, Saturdays 10-11am

Fit for Life

Fit for Life is a class designed to focus on increasing muscular strength, range of movement, balance, and coordination to help with everyday activities in life. Music, free weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a chair are used for the class.

Cost: $1

Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:15am-12:15pm
