Our Nursery staff is second to none! We have all ages and all types of teachers and huggers! We have helpers in their teens who are here one service a month, learning from our pros, and we have grandmothers who have been here for almost forty years! We have some who are here every time the doors are open and we have some who are here one service a month.

We have a very firm ‘Two Deep’ rule and will always have at least two adults in each room. In addition to two staff teachers, we strive to have a teen or a parent/adult volunteer, called our huggers.

We also have someone work the security desk every time our church has a service. He is here to protect your babies!

Nursery Director

Judy Dixon has been the Nursery Director since 2001 and loves Jesus, the babies, the parents and the teachers. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southern Nazarene University in Speech Education and is currently attending Nazarene Bible College. With over 40 years of experience teaching children in many church settings, her heart still longs to connect children and Jesus. Her goal is to facilitate a program where parents are confident in the quality of care their child is given, the children are happy to be here and learning about Jesus, and the teachers love what they are doing and feel supported in their ministry. Our goal in the nursery is to partner with you, the parents, to lay the foundation of love of Jesus and love of Church in your child’s heart.
