Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, lean muscles, strength and endurance. There is an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Cost: $4 Pay by the Class OR 10 classes for $30 with purchase of a REC Card

Location: Check in at the front desk of the Family Life Center before each class. Class meets in the FLC Exercise Studio.

Women’s Zumba 

Zumba is an effective, fun, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, cardiovascular dance and fitness exercise. Come enjoy the wonderful fellowship and get a great cardio workout!

Cost: $4 Pay by the Class OR 10 classes for $30 when you purchase a REC Card

Location: Check in at the Family Life Center front desk before each class. The class meets in the FLC Exercise Studio. Space is limited.

Fitness Boot Camp 

Fitness Boot Camp is for men and women who are up to the challenge of being in the best physical shape of their life. These workouts are designed for weight loss, strength, and endurance.

Fit for Life 

Fit for Life is a class designed to focus on increasing muscular strength, range of movement, balance, and coordination to help with our everyday activities in life. Music, free weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a chair are used for the class.

Cost: $1 Pay by the Class

Location: Check in at the Family Life Center front desk before each class. The class meets in the Family Life Center Exercise Studio.
