Cost and Payment Information

Early Bird:

    $120 Registration deadline: December 1

Right on Time:

    $130 Registration deadline: January 31

Last Minute:

    $145 after January 31

     *T-Shirts cannot be guaranteed for anyone who registers after January 31*

 

Included in the registration fee:

  • Hotel room for two nights, sleeping four (see below for price increases with fewer roommates)
    • 4 to a room = no additional charge
    • 3 to a room = add $25 to registration cost per person
    • 2 to a room = add $50 to registration cost per person
    • 1 to a room = add $100 to registration cost per person
  • Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning
  • Lunch and Dinner on Saturday
  • Principle of the Path book
  • Friends For the Journey T-Shirt
  • Snacks
  • Craft and card-making supplies
  • Hardback copy of Principle of the Path, by Andy Stanley

Payment options:

  • Pay online with credit card at time of registration
  • Pay with check written to BFC with “Friends for the Journey” in memo line
  • Payments can be made in installments by check. Final payment for early bird price must be made by December 1. If final payment is not made by January 31, a $15 late fee will be added.

Scholarships

We do not want finances to be an obstacle for any woman to attend Friends for the Journey! If you would like scholarship information, please contact Pastor Michaele.

If you would like to make a donation to provide scholarships for others to attend:


  • Make an additional contribution with your online registration payment.
  • Write a check to BFC with “Friends for the Journey scholarship” in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to the church office or put in the weekly offering.
