Creating Your Personal Program

By assessing your current fitness level, medical history, goals and interests, the Family Life Center Personal Training Staff can create a plan to help you lose weight, get stronger, enhance performance and improve balance.Evaluations & Assessment

Assessments can give you an accurate understanding of your starting fitness/performance level and improvements. Assessments help your trainer know how your body is responding to your workout. To assess your starting plan and ensure that you are progressing toward your goals, the FLC offers private assessments by appointment.

Functional Evaluation

How you move indicates what muscles need to be stretched regularly and which ones need to be strengthened. This evaluation helps identify muscle imbalances, postural concerns and joint dysfunctions that can be addressed with specific exercises. This evaluation is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels and provides great feedback for both new and experienced exercisers.Your Workout
