BFC FAQ

Here's a few of our most frequently asked questions.

Q. What times are BFC’s services?
A.
Occasionally our service times vary because of holidays or special events, but for the most part we have two Sunday morning services.

  • First Service - led by choir and orchestra is at 9:00
  • Sunday School - for all ages is at 10:15
  • Second Service - led by Worship Team and Praise Band is at 11:15
  • Evening service is at 6:00 p.m.

For the most current information, please see the This Sunday section of the website for information on this Sunday's schedule.

Q: Will my child be safe in the nursery?
A. We have an excellent staff trained to meet your baby’s needs. All our teachers and volunteers have been through training and a screening process. For details on security procedures and policies, please see the Children’s Section of this website.

Q. How do we get married at BFC?
A. Getting married at BFC begins by contacting the
church office. We will then check the calendar and set up an appointment to go over the wedding details, and explain the procedure. Each couple will go through premarital counseling. At this time we cannot offer any help in finding a potential spouse; that will need to be completed before calling.

Q. How can I become a member of BFC?
A.
Several times a year the BFC pastors host a complimentary, informal lunch on Sundays after Second Service, called Pastor's Chat. If you're new to BFC, this is a great opportunity to get to know our pastors and to get better acquainted with BFC.

Also, there is a membership class several times a year on Sunday evenings. This is an opportunity to find out more about BFC's mission and vision along with the covenants of membership. This class is provided for anyone new to the Nazarene church, but also those transfering from sister churches.

For more information about getting connected, contact Pastor Mark Patredis.
